Steven is the driving force behind MMCA. He is responsible for the day to day operations and is in constant communications with members, union representatives and users of our industry. Steve's forte is in his negotiating and communication skills. Due to his open and honest communication he has formed strong ties with the union representatives which has helped in contract negotiations.

Government Affairs Director
Gary is MMCAs lobbyist and legal advisor and is continually updating members and staff on the pertinent industry issues in the legislature. Gary sits on or attends many councils and committees including the Energy, Mechanical, and Plumbing advisory code councils, the Workers Compensation Advisory Council, the Construction Codes Advisory Council, several building code official organizations as well as the Joint Apprenticeship Committees and the Health and Welfare Fund Committee.

Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Paul is publisher of the MMCA newsletter and is responsible for marketing the attributes of our membership to the community through promotional materials and the MMCA website. Paul is also responsible for organizing and promoting the training for MMCA member contractors.
